What is it about apples that make them worthy of making up one-half the ingredients in each That’s it. Fruit Bar? And why are apples the star of one of the most popular sayings: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”?

The rich consistency of apples is what creates the celebrated texture of That’s it. Fruit Bars, but we also love them for their superfood benefits. Not only do apples taste delicious, but they are also rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
