Stay cool and fueled all summer long

Sure, you could drink a smoothie, but fun toppings are what make a smoothie bowl so irresistible! Here’s a recipe from Julianna Saucier (@juliannasaucier) you’ll want to start making every morning.
Smoothie bowl:
- 3.5 oz frozen dragonfruit
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 serving unflavored Codeage collagen
- 1 serve unflavored protein powder
Toppings:
- That's it. Crunchables
- That's it. Apple + coconut bar, cut into chunks
- Frozen raspberries
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
- Combine all smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with desired toppings.Enjoy!
