Where do you ship?

Domestic: That's it.® ships to most US states and territories. Order deliveries may take up to 4-5 business days. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Where is my package shipped from?

We use Amazon Fulfillment to ship all packages so your package will originate in one of Amazon's 100+ warehouses nationwide.

Why was my package delayed?

It's not uncommon for unexpected delays to occur due to issues with the USPS. Please contact us if your package has not arrived the expected timeframe.

What are That’s it.® Products certifications (Non-GMO, Vegan, Kosher, etc.)?

All of That's it.® products are Non-GMO Project Verified, OU Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union and bear the OU symbol, Gluten-Free certified, and certified Vegan/100% plant-based.

Our fruit bars are Certified Paleo, and our Dark Chocolate Fruit Truffles are Certified Paleo-Friendly.

Are That's it.® snacks safe for kids?

Yes. That's it.® Fruit Bars are made with whole fruit and no added sugars, making them a better choice for kids than traditional ‘fruit snacks’ that often have added sugars like corn syrup, artificial or natural flavors, juices and concentrates in their ingredient lists. That's it.® snacks do not contain nuts (except for coconut).

Are That's it.® snacks safe for people with food allergies or food sensitivities?

Our products have the “Allergen-safe” circled logo for your knowledge and comfort that you can snack safely. If you are allergy-conscious, you should always consult your doctor before consuming new products.

What diets or nutritional programs work with That's it.® ?

That's it.® has products that align with theguidelines of many different diet programs, including Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Atkins, Diabetic, Low Carb, Mayo Clinic/DASH, Mediterranean, Paleo, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Whole 30, Whole Foods and Zone. Always consult your doctor or physician before starting a new diet program.

Are That's it. snacks gluten free?

Yes. We do not use gluten in any of our products.
