Great product but inconsistent qualitu

"I originally discovered the product through Amazon, but noticed inconsistent quality. I typically purchased at first the Apple/Mango and Apple Cherry boxes. Some orders were perfect - reasonably moist and consistently tart. Then I got an order where the mango bars were very dry and not with the typical tang. The next order after that the mango bars seemed to be crossed with the banana. After that experience I tried ordering directly. No more mixed flavors, but I still notice that the moisture levels vary between boxes. My last order of 5 boxes was shipped in a plastic Amazon large envelope and arrived open with some of the bars loose."
