What are FruitFam Rewards?

FruitFam Rewards is the exclusive rewards program of That’s it. Earn points to cash in for discounts on future orders!



How do I earn FruitFam Rewards points?

The points you earn are based on your membership tier:

Super Strawberry members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 20 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.

Mighty Mango members earn 12 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 24 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.

Bionic Blueberry members earn 10 points for every $1 spent on one-time purchases and 40 points for every $1 spent on subscription purchases.

You may also earn points for other things like creating an account, following us on social media, posting a review (photos will earn you extra points!) and making multiple purchases.



How many points do I need to earn rewards?

500 points = $5 off

1,000 points = $10 off

1,500 points = $15 off



How do I join FruitFam Rewards?

Create an account to start earning points. You will earn 50 points just for signing up!



How do I redeem my points?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the “Redeem Now” button below your point balance and scroll down to “HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS.” Click on any of the 3 rewards. This will automatically deduct points from your account.
  3. Copy and paste the reward code and use it at checkout. If you decide to use it later, you can retrieve the code from your account.


How can I apply the rewards I’ve earned toward subscription purchase?

Why am I getting an error message that my reward code is not valid?

If you’ve already applied another discount code to your order or if you’ve put a subscription product in your cart, your rewards code will not be valid. We allow only one discount per order. 



If I’ve earned enough points for multiple rewards, can I apply them all to one order?

No, only one reward can be redeemed per order so you will need to create two separate orders.



How do I check how many points I’ve earned?

Log into your account to track your benefits and redeem the offers you’ve earned!



Do points expire?

Only if you have 12 consecutive months of not earning or redeeming FruitFam Rewards points.



How do I leave a review to earn points?

Once you’ve made a purchase, you will receive an email that will walk you through how to leave a review. Reviews must be submitted through our review request email to be eligible for FruitFam points.



I referred a friend to That’s it. When will I see my referral points?

Once your friend makes a qualifying purchase, you’ll be awarded your points. We will send you an email when that happens.



Is there a limit to the number of points I can redeem?

You may use up to 1,500 points per order.



May I use my points in conjunction with another discount?

No, points may not be redeemed in conjunction with another discount or offer on the same order.



Is it possible to have FruitFam points without setting up an account?

Yes! This occurs when you make a purchase and check out as a guest. To redeem your points, however, you must set up an account.
