When we launched in 2012 at farmers markets in Los Angeles, our goal was simple: help more people eat more fruit. Since then, we’ve grown beyond our wildest dreams! Today, our snacks are available in more than 85,000 stores across the U.S., thousands of school lunch programs, and onboard multiple airlines. In 2025 alone, we delivered more than 1/4 billion servings of fruit across our snacking portfolio nationwide.
Now that more people than ever can find our snacks at their favorite retailers, we’re shifting our focus to keeping shelves stocked and making our snacks even easier to find.
You can still shop your favorites online through Amazon, Thrive Market, and retailers where our products are sold that offer online shopping. Check our Store Locator to find a retailer near you. What happens to my loyalty points?
Any existing loyalty points must be redeemed by 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2026. All unredeemed points will expire immediately thereafter, and the loyalty program will no longer be active. Customers are no longer able to earn new loyalty points.
What happens to my subscription?
The final day for recurring subscription orders to process through our website is June 30, 2026. After that date, subscriptions through our website will no longer remain active.
Can I still log into my account?
Customer accounts will remain accessible through June 30, 2026. Beginning July 1, 2026, customer accounts, including account details and order history, will no longer be accessible.

You can continue shopping for That’s it. products on Amazon and at retailers nationwide. Please use our Store Locator to find a retailer near you.
Will Amazon Subscribe & Save still be available?
Yes. Customers may continue using Amazon Subscribe & Save for eligible products available on Amazon.
Do I need to cancel my subscription manually?
No additional action should be required after the final processing date. However, we recommend reviewing your subscription before June 30, 2026 and saving any information you may want for your records.
Will customer service still be available?
Yes. Our customer support team will remain available to assist with questions related to our products and this transition.
What happens to my order history?
Customer accounts and order history will no longer be accessible beginning July 1, 2026. We recommend saving any account or order information you may want for your records before June 30, 2026.
